Ayuda a la digesti\u00f3n, la eliminaci\u00f3n corporal, la salud celular y al buen funcionamiento del coraz\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Agregar las grasas saludables correctas puede darle una piel clara y brillante, cabello y u\u00f1as m\u00e1s fuertes y lo hace m\u00e1s saludable. La mayor\u00eda de nosotros tenemos aceite de oliva en nuestras despensas, pero puede resultar algo aburrido y los aceites vegetales pueden causar inflamaci\u00f3n. Aqu\u00ed est\u00e1n algunos buenos aceites para a\u00f1adir a su colecci\u00f3n y as\u00ed ayudarle a aumentar su creatividad en la cocina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aceite de Coco<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Es alto en grasa saturada, pero se ha encontrado que sirve para elevar los niveles de HDL y reducir enfermedades del coraz\u00f3n. Contiene \u00e1cido l\u00e1urico, el cual tiene actividad anti-bacteriana, anti-microbiana y propiedades anti-virales. Tiene un alto punto de humo lo que lo hace ideal para cocinar a altas temperaturas, como fre\u00edr o saltear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aceite de Aguacate<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Alto en vitamina E y grasas insaturadas, tambi\u00e9n ofrece grandes beneficios anti-inflamatorios. Puede usar esto en lugar del aceite de oliva en la mayor\u00eda de las recetas, y provee un rico sabor a mantequilla. Intente usarlos para salsas, aderezos y humus!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aceite de S\u00e9samo Tostado<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Las semillas de s\u00e9samo contienen magnesio, calcio y muchos antioxidantes, as\u00ed como vitamina E. Tiene un sabor bien fuerte y un poco sirve para mucho.&nbsp;Mi forma favorita de utilizarlo es a\u00f1adir unas gotas en la parte superior de un <em>stir-fry<\/em> o fideos de trigo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aceite de Nogal<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Uno de mis favoritos para usar como aderezo de ensaladas, contiene una variedad de minerales incluyendo zinc, el selenio, magnesio, cobre, potasio y f\u00f3sforo. Tambi\u00e9n contiene cantidades saludables de las vitaminas C y E. El aceite de nogal nunca debe ser calentado y, adem\u00e1s, es ideal para aderezos y salsas proporcionando un rico sabor a nueces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Aceite de Linaza<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Rico en alfa-\u00e1cido linoleico, un \u00e1cido graso que el organismo transforma en omega 3 \u2018s, EPA y DHA. Tambi\u00e9n contiene omega 6 y 9 \u00e1cidos grasos, as\u00ed como las vitaminas del complejo B, potasio, magnesio, fibra, prote\u00ednas y zinc. Al igual que el aceite de nogal tiene un bajo punto de calor y nunca deben ser calentados.
