Tiende a ser bajo en calor\u00edas y grasas (excepto por sus \u00e1cidos grasos Omega 3 que promueven la salud del coraz\u00f3n). Es por una buena raz\u00f3n que el pescado es llamado tambi\u00e9n el alimento cerebral ya que comerlo habitualmente puede ayudar a reducir las enfermedades cardiovasculares, los desordenes inflamatorios as\u00ed como los des\u00f3rdenes emocionales y mentales. Probablemente haya escuchado que algunos pescados, como por ejemplo la tuna, poseen altos niveles de mercurio y se aconseja comerlos con moderaci\u00f3n. Entonces, la pregunta ser\u00eda, \u00bfCu\u00e1les deber\u00eda a\u00f1adir a su dieta y cuales deber\u00eda moderar? Aqu\u00ed les traemos una peque\u00f1a guia para que pueda escoger entre las mejores opciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Salmon Salvaje. Es absolutamente mi fuente de prote\u00edna favorita gracias a sus impresionantes beneficios saludables. Este pescado contiene una prote\u00edna de alta calidad, y est\u00e1 repleto de amino\u00e1cidos esenciales, vitaminas A, D, B6, B y E as\u00ed como calcio, hierro, cinc, magnesio y f\u00f3sforo. A\u00fan mejor son sus altos niveles de \u00e1cidos grasos Omega-3, los cuales mejoran los niveles de colesterol, reduciendo el riesgo de padecer&nbsp;Alzheimer y depresi\u00f3n, adem\u00e1s ayudan al desarrollo del cerebro y la vista de los beb\u00e9s durante el embarazo. Sin embargo los salmones provenientes de salmonicultura son una historia completamente diferente. La salmonicultura es tan da\u00f1ina como los convencionales corrales de engorde (feedlot). Debido a que son alimentados con antibi\u00f3ticos y harina de pescado, adem\u00e1s son depositados en criaderos muy peque\u00f1os a veces llenos de par\u00e1sitos y enfermedades, por lo que deben ser evitados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sardinas y Anchoas del Pac\u00edfico. Al igual que el salm\u00f3n est\u00e1n repletas de \u00e1cidos grasos Omega-3 y son naturalmente ricos en Vitamina D, de la cual muchas personas sufren deficiencia. Muchos otros peces de la familia de los arenques se conocen como las sardinas y todos son igualmente maravillosos para la salud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los camarones. Tambi\u00e9n poseen una cantidad favorable de \u00e1cidos grasos Omega-3 junto con algunos otros potenciadores de la salud. Son una fuente concentrada de&nbsp;astaxantina la cual es conocida por sus excelentes propiedades antioxidantes y antiinflamatorias. Cada 4 onzas de camarones aportan 56 microgramos de selenio que puede ayudarle a reducir el riesgo de una enfermedad cardiovascular. Por otro lado los camarones sometidos a la piscicultura suelen ser uno de los m\u00e1s sucios, los cuales adem\u00e1s pueden estar repletos de antibi\u00f3ticos y residuos qu\u00edmicos utilizados en los criaderos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otros deliciosos pescados que deber\u00eda moderar en su consumo debido a los altos niveles de mercurio que posee son el bacalao, mero, tibur\u00f3n y tuna.
