Me encanta tomarlo como un desayuno r\u00e1pido cuando el clima est\u00e1 c\u00e1lido, como un snack o incluso como un reemplazante del alimento, cuando lo que quiere es solearse en la playa en vez de cocinar. La clave para realizar un rico y saludable smoothie \u201cbatido\u201d es comenzar con las mezclas adecuadas de los ingredientes para proveer vitaminas esenciales y energ\u00eda duradera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.Escoja su liquido<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Primero debe escoger entre un \u201cjugoso\u201d o cremoso smoothie. Una mezcla de agua de coco y jugo de Aloe Vera es mi base favorita un ligero y tropical smoothie. Evite el uso de jugo como base para su smoothie, ya que a\u00f1adir\u00e1 un dulzor innecesario, calor\u00edas y azucar. Par un smoothie mas cremoso utilize su leche favorita, la mia es la leche de almendra sin azucar o yogurt entero con un poco de agua para ayudar en el licuado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/casadecampoliving.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/smoothie.jpg?ssl=1\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-86085\" alt=\"smoothie\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/casadecampoliving.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/smoothie.jpg?resize=300%2C319&amp;ssl=1\" width=\"300\" height=\"319\"><\/a>2. Decida la proporci\u00f3n de frutas o vegetales<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los smoothies pueden ser ricos en vegetales con solo unas cuantas porciones de fruta para hacerlo un poco m\u00e1s agradable al paladar o de lo contrario pueden estar basados en frutas con unas cuantas porciones de vegetales para hacerlo m\u00e1s nutritivo. Yo siempre sugiero que si lo va utilizar para reemplazar la comida debe contener m\u00e1s vegetales y prote\u00ednas. Algunos de los vegetales que puede incluir en sus smoothies son: espinacas,&nbsp;col, remolacha, pepino, apio, lechuga romana, perejil, hojas de remolacha y zanahorias. A decir verdad no he conocido ninguna fruta que no funcione bien en un smoothie, as\u00ed que sea creativo y mezcle de acuerdo a la temporada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Agregue algo de grasa<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Muchas de las vitaminas que encontramos en los vegetales son solubles en grasa.
