I love the way Philip has angled the photo so that our eye follows the metal railing into the photo and along the river.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Everyday Altos de Chav\u00f3n is visited by hundreds of tourists who take the same photo of the view from Altos de Chav\u00f3n out over the river, the only variable being the face of the sunburnt tourist that appears in it \u2013&nbsp;it\u2019s nice to see a photo
