Recently the Helados Bon and Jumbo brought even more smiles to the faces of these adorable little ones with a generous donation of ice cream (from Helados Bon) and a shipment of books (from Jumbo.)\u00a0\n\nHelados Bon, the Dominican Republic’s largest and most popular ice cream company brought enough ice-cream for ALL the more than 1,000 boys in the MIR Esperanza school to enjoy \u00a0– that’s a lot of ice cream! As you can imagine the boys loved the ice cream treat, whilst enjoying a short break from school work!\n\n\n

So next time you have a Spring Clean and go to throw something out – maybe you can send it to the Fundacion MIR instead!
