do not travel read only a page.\u201d <\/em><\/p><p><em>\u2014 St.&nbsp;Augustine<\/em><em> <\/em><\/p><p><em>\u201cI have a lot of friends who are snowbirds and we\u2019re always happy to see them return in the winter.\u201d <\/em><\/p><p><em>\u2014 Captain Bill of Arizona<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>In the years before Casa de Campo had an airstrip long enough for the 727 jet airliners, our snowbirds would have to be picked up and dropped off at the airport in Santo Domingo.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/casadecampoliving.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/01-A-727-in-Casa-de-Campo.jpg?ssl=1\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" drive to Santo Domingo early in the day so our snow-birds could see the sights before they left on their north-bound journeys.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter patronized by local coffee drinkers and had a history as&nbsp;<em>The Coffee House<\/em> of Santo Domingo going back many years.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/casadecampoliving.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/03-La-Cafeteria.jpg?ssl=1\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\"
