{"id":318676,"date":"2010-04-13T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2010-04-13T04:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/casadecampoliving.com\/v-torneo-de-polo-champagne-fashion-and-polo\/"},"modified":"2022-11-10T10:36:47","modified_gmt":"2022-11-10T14:36:47","slug":"v-torneo-de-polo-champagne-fashion-and-polo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/casadecampoliving.com\/es\/v-torneo-de-polo-champagne-fashion-and-polo\/","title":{"rendered":"V Torneo de Polo – champagne, fashion and polo"},"content":{"rendered":"\"v<\/a>\n\nIt\u2019s not every day that you get to enjoy a good sport whilst sipping champagne and idly chatting with your friends and for me that\u2019s what made the V Torneo de Polo<\/a>, that took place on Saturday the 3rd of April so much fun!\n\n\n\nI must admit that although I do enjoy watching a spot of good polo, it very definitely cannot keep me entertained for a full afternoon, this event however had so much free flowing food and drinks and other entertainment, that I practically had to be dragged away to get to Daddy Yankee<\/a> on time.\n\nFirst off, to keep everyone entertained was, of course, the polo matches, which were thrilling, fast paced and certainly aggressive – excellent polo. To read more about the actual polo (from someone who knows about polo), click here.<\/a>\n\nThe photo below of the polo tournament was sent to us by Herbert Schoderb\u00f6ck, a polo enthusiast and a rather good photographer! \u00a0(More photos from Herbert will be published in a later post.)\n\n\"v<\/a>\n\nThere was a bouncy castle for the kids – whoever thought of this was a genius, it kept the kids happy and the parents happier.\n\n\"bouncy<\/a>\n\nThere was a fashion show (after the tournament had finished), which was really very impressive, the clothes were bright, creative and on the models looked absolutey stunning. The designer was Damaris Rubio. The photos below speak for themselves:\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\nFollowing the fashion show was the prize-giving ceremony, with Cali Garcia-Valez, director of Polo giving out the awards. The ceremony, as always with Polo tournaments was light-hearted and fun and best of all ended with an explosion of silver confetti and the opening of a giant bottle of champagne!\n\n\"v<\/a>\n\nThe winning team were PROPAGAS, with team members: Enrique Bonetti, Alfredo Vargas, Felipe Marquez and Dennis Santana.
