And it just so happens that \u2018El Trompo\u2019 is located right across the road from last week\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/casadecampoliving.com\/2010\/03\/only-in-the-dr-classy-chicken\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener\">\u2018Classy Chicken\u2019 joint<\/a> \u2013 making it the perfect place to pick up fried chicken and a drink!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So how does this curious kiosk actually function? Well as I have (obviously) not used it myself, I have had to rely on tales told by other people, but here is the jist of it:<br>\n<strong>Step 1:<\/strong> Drive up (as in a McDonalds drive-thru)<br>\n<strong>Step 2:<\/strong> Order whatever drink or drinks you want<br>\n<strong>Step 3: <\/strong>Drinks wil be served in a plastic cup with ice etc<br>\n<strong>Step 4:<\/strong> Pay (for the dubious pleasure of endangering your own life and those of others on the road\/in your own car)<br>\n<strong>Step 5:<\/strong> Drive off with drink safely stowed in cup holder \u2013 to be drunk only when in a traffic jam or at traffic lights \u2013 it would be dangerous otherwise!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>REMEMBER: <\/strong>according to Dominican Road \u2018Guidelines\u2019 (not laws) Don\u2019t drink (excessively) and drive!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fascinating!
