Carol Burke, our \u2018Memories of Casa de Campo\u2019 writer recently wrote an article about the Cafe del Sol, with some fascinating photos of how it used to be in the 1990\u2019s, to read her article,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/casadecampoliving.com\/2010\/03\/memories-of-casa-de-campo-cafe-del-sol-a-leafy-retreat-from-the-day\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener\">click here. <\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The old restaurant seating and tables have been left out on the terrace and if you follow the steps down from the Altos de Chavon main plaza you can walk around this beautiful area.
