Here she shares with us the secret recipe to another classic and no doubt delicious Dominican dish!<br>\n<\/strong><wp-block data-block=\"core\/more\"><\/wp-block><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignright is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/casadecampoliving-wp.s3-accelerate.amazonaws.com\/2009\/11\/salpicon.jpg?ssl=1\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/casadecampoliving.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/salpicon-300x215-2.jpg?resize=300%2C215&amp;ssl=1\" alt=\"salpicon\" class=\"wp-image-9367\" title=\"salpicon\" height=\"215\" width=\"300\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><br>\n2 pounds of chiken breast<br>\n1 median onion<br>\n3 coloured peppers (red, green and yellow)<br>\n1 small jar of olives<br>\n1 medium lettuce<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>For the seasoning:<\/strong><br>\nsalt and pepper (you can add your own seasoning)<br>\n3 cloves of garlic<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><span style=\"font-weight: normal; \"> <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><span style=\"font-weight: normal; \"><strong>Vinagret:<\/strong><br>\n1\/2 cup of olive oil<br>\n1\/4 cup of vinegar<br>\n1 1\/2 tble spoon of salt ( to your preference)<br>\n1 tble spoon of fresh ground black pepper<br>\n2 tble spoon of chiken stock<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Preparation:<br>\n<span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Season the chicken breast and set aside for at least one hour. After, broil or grill the chicken until it is cooked and tender. Set aside until it gets cold.<br>\nChop the onions, the lettuce and the&nbsp;colured peppers and also set aside.<br>\nIn a small bowl add the ingredients for the vinagret. Wisk the ingredients until it smooth.<br>\nChop the chicken into cubes and put into a bigger bowl, with the vegetables, the olives and the vinagret.
