The Ceremony, which began at 7:30pm was packed with the students and teachers of the Abraham Lincoln School and of course the proud parents, family and friends of the 27 graduating seniors.\n\nIt was a wonderful ceremony, with singing, a poem recital and of course a number of beautiful and moving speeches, given by the students, Mr Magee, the school’s headmaster and Mr Carlos Morales Troncoso, who gave the commencement speech. The ceremony came to a jubilant close as the newly-appointed director of the school board, Dr Leonardo Matos Garcia presented the diplomas, and the new graduates proudly paraded out and on to a bright future and a well deserved cellebration at Sangria in Altos de Chavon!\n\nCongratulations to all the class of 2009!\n\nI hope you aways remember your class moto: If you can imagine it, you can achieve it, if you can dream it, you can become it.
