In this situation don\u2019t worry about staying in your \u2018fat burning zone\u2019 just try to get the most bang for your buck.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">This is a simple routine you can use on a treadmill or track. Choose 5 total body moves, such as lunges, squats, jumping jacks, high knees or butt kicks, make sure to incorporate your upper body in all the moves. Walk at a fast pace for 2 minutes then switch to the total body moves for 1 minutes. Go through the entire circuit twice and I guarantee you\u2019ll work up a sweat and blast some serious calories.
