So its official \u2013 Papa Jacks has begun renovations. While we are not sure why they would start with this particular roof (or why anyone does anything they do in these here parts), but its been made official \u2013 Papa Jacks will be getting a major face lift in the coming weeks \/ months. The person in charge of the new look of Papa Jacks, is Casa de Campos famed interior designer, Mayra Gonzales, who was responsible for La Casita, the Cygalle Healing Spa and the Beach Club by Le Cirque.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Its already made a great addition by adding a small restaurant by the Museum square, which is an absolutely spectacular place to enjoy some of Chef Carlos\u2019 wonderful gastronomic creations with a nice cold beer, a cool breeze and a spectacular sunset (around 6:30pm ~ 7:30pm).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BTW \u2013 if you like burgers and wings, Papa Jacks has hands down the best ones in Altos de Chavon, as well as the least expensive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
