Holiday festivities behind us, we may still be winding down from busy schedules, reunions, and being host to lots of get togethers! Annie Paniagua invites you to switch gears this Thursday and join her for the first Café de la Leche of 2017. In her beautiful Casa de Campo villa, you’ll be able to relax and enjoy views of the Chavón River, the Marina Casa de Campo and the Caribbean sea.
In support of the children of the Hogar del Niño, the ladies of Casa de Campo come together to gather milk supplies for the school’s crib room, where more than 200 babies are fed over 800 bottles of milk per day! A contribution of RD $1,200 or 1,800 grams of Milex Kinder, Gold, NAN, Enfamil, Alacta Plus, or Nido Crecimiento to Café de la Leche help supply 80% of the milk needed each month.
The event also acts to raise attention for February’s big event—the Hogar del Niño weekend on the 17th and 18th. With the homes and gardens tour, tennis, golf, a mini triathlon and more, as well as a dinner-dance-party, it’s a weekend worthy of saving the date!

The Hogar del Niño is a children’s daycare and educational center for over 1500 children, located in La Romana town, just outside of Casa de Campo. Children from as young as just a few weeks old up to 18 years old are cared for and educated daily, from as early as 5:30am and staying as late as 7pm.
The organization also provides special schooling to over 75 hearing impaired and blind children, as well as a vocational school where over 235 students receive classes in different areas like: sewing; industrial preparation, installation and electrical maintenance; plumbing and management of computer office programs.
