‘CURSO BASICO DE COCINA ITALIANA’ at Lucas Restaurant; starts Tuesday 2nd Feb
This Tuesday the 2nd of February, a ‘Basic Italian Cooking Course’ will start in Buena Vista Norte – a fantastic opportunity to learn how to cook like a real Italian! Classes are being given by Lisa Perrone, a real Italian chef with 25 years international chef experience.
Lisa is also the wife of Luca Mayda, who owns ‘Lucas’ restaurant in Buena Vista Norte – a very popular restaurant among Casa de Campo residents and villa owners, to read more about Lucas restaurant, click here.

PRIMER NIVEL. ( Ciclo de 4 clases )Course Program:
Class 1, Feb 2nd: Basic dough base for bread, pizza, focaccia
Class 2, Feb 9th: Fresh pasta – Ravioli filled with chicken and mushroom sauce and Tagliolini with Neopolitana sauce.
Class 3, Feb 16th: Cannelloni – filled with spinach and ricotta cheese, and tomato and bechamel sauces
Class 4, Feb 23rd: Gnocchi with 4 cheese sauce and Eggplant ParmesanaMARTES 2: MASA BASICA DE:
Pan,Pizza, Focaccia
MARTES 9: MASA BASICA DE PASTA FRESCA.
RAVIOLI. ( Relleno de pollo con salsa de hongos )
TAGLIOLINI ( Con salsa a la napolitana )
MARTES 16: CANNELLONI. Relleno de espinaca y queso ricotta
