Well known part-time Casa de Campo resident Ginette Adesky, who is also a Haitian, was in Haiti when the earthquake struck, and has since then been helping co-ordinate the relief effort.

Following the earthquake Ginette moved to Santo Domingo and is now safely back in Casa de Campo – she is very much saddened by this terrible tragedy that has happened to her beautiful country, but is very grateful for all the love and support of her friends in Casa de Campo and the rest of the world who have been endlessly generous by donating much needed supplies and money.

The following are some pictures of Ginettes warehouse in Jimani on the Frontier being used for relief items in from Santo Domingo and out in the smaller trucks bound for Port Au Prince. They are attempting to get more smaller trucks to distribute goods because of size and speed of delivery to keep up with the inflow of items arriving from Santo Domingo.
