Last month, Casa de Campo Living was invited to take part in yet another Golf tournament at La Estancia, last time we played at La Estancia, in the ‘Torneo Entre Amigos’ we had such a great time – we jumped at the opportunity to go back again!

The day began bright and early at 9am and as the ‘Casa de Campo Living’ team managed to actually win a trophy last time we played in a tournament – we had high hopes of success! Unfortunately, as the game progressed, and more balls were hit and lost – it became crystal clear that we certainly were not going to win! Nevertheless, it was a great day – the La Estancia course is a great course for beginners and despite playing badly it was still enjoyable!

Following the game a prize-giving ceremony took place.

DLV Press Release: Torneo de Golf Invitacional Amigos y Clientes DLV

Con motivo de su tercer aniversario la revista Dominican Luxury Villas celebrará el próximo 7 de noviembre su primer “Torneo de Golf Invitacional Amigos y Clientes DLV”. La justa será llevada a cabo en el campo de golf La Estancia, en La Romana.

El campo de golf La Estancia diseñado por el reconocido golfista P.B Dye, brinda impresionantes vistas hacia el río Chavón, los más hermosos greens y sinuosos fairways, además de sus 18 hoyos par 72 de 7.382 yardas, significativamente desafiantes para los jugadores de todos los hándicaps.

El shotgun del torneo está pautado para las 8:30 de la mañana y se jugará en la modalidad de Stroke Play (individual). Las categorías participantes son A,B y C con el 100 % de hándicap .

Se premiará a los dos mejores de las categorías A, B y C neto y un gross overall; así como el drive más largo, drive más preciso y acercamiento a bandera. Además, se realizarán diversas e interesantes rifas entre todos los jugadores, en nombre de los patrocinadores.

Todos los detalles de la actividad fueron ofrecidos por el Sr. Alejandro Díaz, director de DLV MAGANIZE, quien también informó que al finalizar la jornada, los clientes, amigos invitados y participantes del tornero, disfrutarán durante el acto de premiación de un delicioso almuerzo en la Casa Club de La Estancia.
