On Saturday, December the 12th Ki-Ra Centro Holistico is hosting an inauguration event for their kitchen, to include an exhibition of the treatments Ki-Ra’s offers.

It should be a super afternoon – with plenty of fresh fruits, healthy snacks and fruit juices being served as well as free taster sessions of mud therapy, reflexology, ayurvedic massage, sauna and head massages for all to enjoy!

On arrival at the event everyone will be given a ticket, to ensure that all get a chance to experience at least one of the taster sessions on offer! While you’re waiting for your free session – there will be plenty of other Casa de Campo ladies (and possibly a few men) to chat to while you indulge yourselves with the delicious and healthy snacks – look out for the banana bread, it’s awesome!

There will also be a raffle with prizes of reflexology, massage and yoga!

This event is being held to benefit the orphanage Niños de Cristo, so please bring: Fruits, vegetables, wholegrain cereals, beans, viveres and seeds.
