Altos de Chavon lends itself as the set for the Telenovela “Sortilegio”

Last night, August 5th, our beautiful Altos de Chavon served as the set for the filming of some scenes for the Mexican telenovela, “Sortilegio”.
Sortilegio is a produced by Carla Estrada for Televisa and its an adaptation of the mexican classic “Tu o Nadie” from 1985. It went on the air on June 1st 2009. For more information you can follow this link to a wikipedia article or this to their official site, both in spanish.

We hear that the cast and crew will be back in Altos de Chavon this Thursday during the day to capture some day scenes. If you happen to be around and manage to snap some pictures. Send them our way and we’ll post them!
