…for remodeling that is!

Thats right, the Kitchen at Papa Jacks has closed for a week or two to remodel and prepare for the high season. Chef Carlos is undoubtedly working on a fabulous new menus full of crazy and delicious concoctions to satisfy the hungry patrons.

Fear not, that as they reopen, we’ll sacrifice ourselves and see if we can get ourselves invited to a tasting of the new menus, reporting back to you all the delicious little treats that will be coming out of that kitchen. Chef Carlos – we miss you already!

Its simply incredible how many new things are happening in Altos de Chavon!  With all these new places to dine, drink and dance – and with an ambiance that is second to none, it does not take much imagination to understand what will be the happening place this winter!
